Yaaaaaay!  I'm gainfully employed, bitches!

After three weeks of job hunting and three job interviews that I thought went well (and I'm not one of those delusional folk; I know when something's not good), I finally got a job offer today.  I was beginning to worry that the veterinary field was just too competitive in So Cal--not enough openings, too many vet techs. 

But finally, today, I got an offer from a large emergency/specialty practice.  I'm super thrilled and I can't wait to start teching again, not to mention I bet I'll learn a lot from this job and maybe make some friends.  I haven't had a full tour yet, but the practice looks nice and clean, wasn't smelly THANK GOD, and apparently they have digital x-ray.  Yeah, boy!
